Shipping
All orders will be processed within 5-7 business days after order is placed
Orders are shipped after the 5-7 business day processing time
- Standard Shipping: Estimated Delivery 2-7 days after shipping
- Tracking information will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout
Humble Habit is not responsible for:
- Postal Service Delays
- Lost, damaged, or marked delivered packages
- Please contact postal service support with these issues
If a package is returned because the address provided at checkout was incorrect, the buyer will be contacted via email. Any re-shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and need to be re-paid before the package is shipped again.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment, store credit, or exchange. Credit will be issued within 5-7 days of receiving the return.
Receipt or proof of purchase will be required to return. Item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging.
To begin a return, please contact us at info@humblehabitshop.com. We will send instructions on how and where to send package. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled in the form of a return. Please see return instructions above.
Damages and issues
Each product is inspected prior to shipping for accuracy and defects. However, in the incident that an item is damaged/defective or the wrong item is received, the buyer has 3 days upon receiving the order to contact us. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Order Changes
Orders are processed as soon as the order is placed, and cannot be edited or changed after being placed. Please double check your cart and shipping address before ordering.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale, and therefore are not returnable.
Payment
Humble Habit accepts payment by credit card. Payment will be made at time of checkout to complete the transaction.
